Daily content pipeline: JSON to published video
The system AITAC LAB runs on itself: structured content definitions rendered automatically into slides and vertical video, with lead capture and follow-up scheduling built in.
The problem
Producing daily social content by hand is exactly the kind of repetitive, rule-following work that this studio tells clients to automate. Doing it manually would have been a credibility problem as much as a time problem.
Approach
- Treated content as structured data rather than design work: each post is a JSON definition with typed slides.
- Separated content definition from rendering, so the visual system can change without rewriting content.
- Added lead tracking at the point where content actually produces enquiries.
What was built
- A rendering engine turning typed JSON slide definitions into PNG carousels
- Automated vertical video assembly for Reels and TikTok formats
- A platform-aware hashtag system with different strategies per channel
- A lead tracker with stages, automatic follow-up scheduling and statistics
- A scheduled daily agent (launchd) that prepares each day's output unattended
Outcome
Daily content production runs as a scheduled process rather than a manual task, and enquiries generated from it are tracked through to follow-up.
